I bought the Nari Yari Soft cup last month. Like all other women, I had my own set of apprehensions before making the switch from comfortable sanitary pads to something seemingly complicated. But the environmental Impact of using these disposable pads was more disturbing than trying to learn the intricate & delicate process of inserting the menstrual cup down there, up inside!
But thankfully, internet is full of guiding videos and articles, and the cup I have received is just perfect for a first timer. It is so soft that I was able to insert it the first time itself (used punch down technique).
Its small stem is ideal to locate the cup when trying to remove, also the stem size is ideal, you don’t feel it inside, so no botheration to cut it.
The cup was full in 5-6 hrs on the heavy day, and overall, my whole experience has been smooth.
If you are confused (like I was) which one to buy, I absolutely recommend this cup that comes in a environmentally friendly packing!
